Refund Policy

Gardena in Egypt cares about your satisfaction. If you want to return your purchase, contact us within 14 days as long as the product is unused, unopened and is in its original packaging. The product should be in the same condition in which you received it.

Please email gardenasales@univag.org to request a refund, and we will assign you a tracking number. Once you have received your tracking number, you will be given a shipping address and you will be required to ship your returned item. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, along with the tracking number and the original receipt. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it, and then we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. Products that have been worn, used, opened or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping fee. You are also responsible for paying the shipping fee on returning your item.
