The Sole & Exclusive distributor for Gardena in Egypt is Universal Agencies Company(UNIVAG), a family owned business established in 1975 and importing Gardena products in Egypt since 1995. The company is also specialized in the design, supply, installation & commissioning of Automated Irrigation Systems for residential, agricultural & industrial applications.

Gardena accepts Master Card and Visa. Some banks' debit cards are also usable for online transactions. Please check with your bank for availability. Some credit cards issued outside of Egypt may not be usable due to fraud protection measures.

Yes, Gardena In Egypt stocks spare parts and has a dedicated service/maintenance center. Some spare parts/consumables are sold online for the customer to change, like lawnmower blades, Turbo trimmer filament cassettes, washers, spare parts for secateurs, saw & chainsaw blades. Electrical products, Water Timers & various other products are serviced via our service center. Products to be serviced are to be delivered to our physical address.

The warranty is 1 year against industrial defects not including breakage, misuse and/or not using proper cables for the electrical products.

It is highly recommended to properly coil the hose without any kinks in it and store it away from the sun when not in use.

We have an agreement with Aramex and the shipping charges are calculated by Aramex depending on the delivery zone, weight and/or volume of the order.
